Projektron BCS 24.1

New effort history diagram view
BCS 24.1 creates a new "Effort history" view. This view is provided both as a sub-view of the existing "Effort/period" view and separately at task level. This gives users an improved option for tracking and analyzing the progress of their workload over time, which helps them to manage and plan their resources and projects more efficiently.
List of agenda items at task level
With BCS 24.1, agenda planning will receive a further expansion stage in the form of a new view for tasks, projects and possibly higher structural elements. This will make it possible to organize agenda items more efficiently and access them more easily later, which will optimize workflows for all those who hold regular meetings with agenda items for internal team organization.

In version 24.1, a new board element "Queries from me" will be introduced in the personal overview (My area and Internal). In addition, a "Query from" filter will be added to various ticket lists. Ticket handlers can filter themselves to get an overview of the tickets for which they are waiting for a response. Controllers receive extended filter options to improve clarity. These changes allow users to manage queries more efficiently, reduce delays due to long response times to queries and minimize bottlenecks in ticket processing.
Wizards in the view selection
Many BCS users appreciate the integrated wizards as they lead to fewer clicks and ensure that the right views are opened. With BCS 24.1, it will be easier to find access to the wizards via the interface by making them accessible via the view selector. A dedicated section will list the available wizards, including the self-configured wizards.
