With Projektron BCS, we have found a system that optimally covers the range of our requirements: On the one hand, we use the extensive standard tools for project management. In addition, we were able to implement important adjustments that reflect our individual needs in order structures, resource planning, expense recording and billing. This gives us the best prerequisites for further stabilizing and improving some of our central processes.
