Projektron honored by Great Place to Work Germany for the 9th time!
All nine of them! Projektron was honored by Great Place to Work® Germany for the 9th time in 2023! We were even able to assert ourselves in two categories and were awarded in the industry competition "Best Employer ITC" and in the regional competition "Best Employer Berlin-Brandenburg". We are delighted with this success!
At the end of last year, we wanted to know: How satisfied are our Projektron employees in Berlin, Munich, Würzburg, Stuttgart and Hamburg? To find out, we turned to the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® for the ninth time and conducted an employee survey. Our team members used an anonymous questionnaire to assess their satisfaction in the workplace. The results are impressive. Because now it's official once again: Projektron GmbH is a "Great Place to Work"! What exactly does that mean? Projektron has been certified as an attractive employer thanks to the many positive evaluations.
Awards in the regional and industry competition
The official award ceremony took place on 09.03.2023 in Cologne. We were delighted to receive not just one, but two trophies:
- "Best ITC Employer" industry competition
- Regional competition "Best Employers Berlin-Brandenburg"
What have we learned from this?
Receiving the Great Place to Work® award once again was and is naturally a reason for us to celebrate. However, we know that Such success does not come by chance and it is neither permanent nor self-evident. That is why we cannot and do not want to rest on our laurels. The award is the result of continuous efforts and endeavors in our HR work. This is precisely why we remain open to changes and suggestions from outside and, above all, from our employees. The results of the survey have shown us many great points of view and are incorporated into our HR work. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all Projektronis for their open and honest feedback. We are working together to raise our score even higher so that we can call the 10th award our own next year.
