The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) has awarded Projektron GmbH the title "Employer of the Future 2022". The evaluation process consisted of an analysis of the status quo and the company's environment in terms of digitalization, customer orientation, human resources management and sustainability.

On October 12, 2022, the Process Solution Award 2022 was presented during the gfo annual congress in Düsseldorf. Projektron GmbH and its customer Mercoline GmbH were awarded the prize in the category for "good solutions for process-oriented reorganization and process optimization" by the Gesellschaft für Organisation for their successful cooperation.

Projektron BCS was awarded the "ERP System of the Year 2022" prize by the Center for Enterprise Research at the University of Potsdam. The festive award ceremony took place on September 07 at the Zentrum Industrie 4.0 in Potsdam. BCS convinced the eleven jurors in the category "Workflow-driven ERP" especially by the integrated workflow designer. In ergonomics, the dynamic design was praised. Projektron GmbH is also one of the winners of the GPTW competitions "Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg" and "Best Employers in ICT" in 2022.

The software manufacturer Projektron is honored as one of the "Companies with up to 500 Employees" and in the category "Concepts for Sustainability in the Home Office" of the Office and Environment competition.

At the end of October, we received the TOTAL E-Quality award with the addition of Diversity. We are delighted that our human resources management has once again been honored in this competition.

Projektron once again receives the TOTAL E-Quality rating with the addition of Diversity. The rating is valid for three years and confirms that Projektron implements sustainable measures to maintain equal opportunities in the company and continuously expands them with new ideas. Employees are always the focus of attention and treat each other with great respect.
