Awards for Projektron in the "Office and Environment" competition

The software manufacturer Projektron is honored as one of the "Companies with up to 500 Employees" and in the category "Concepts for Sustainability in the Home Office" of the Office and Environment competition.

The assessment focused on resource-saving and energy-efficient behavior and the consideration of environmental aspects in the procurement of office supplies. In addition, the focus was on all initiatives relating to ecological commitment.

Lucas Artaza, Environmental Officer at Projektron: "We are delighted with the awards. Sustainability and environmental protection have been close to our hearts since the company was founded. Many small ideas have led us here and have a very positive effect on the cohesion within the company. As the company grows, so do our ideas and opportunities for further measures."

Dieter Brübach, Vice Chairman of B.A.U.M. e.V.: "Even small environmental protection measures in the workplace can quickly have a big impact. The winning companies take a holistic approach to the issue and provide good examples for other companies."

In the annual competition, an expert jury from the network for sustainable business, B.A.U.M. e.V., selects the most environmentally friendly offices, and the patron is Federal Environment Minister Svenja Schulze. 

The award ceremony for this year's competition is planned for February 01, 2022 at Paperworld as part of the Sustainable Office Day.
