TOTAL E-QUALITY: Projektron receives additional award for the fourth time

Projektron once again receives the TOTAL E-Quality rating with the addition of Diversity. The rating is valid for three years and confirms that Projektron implements sustainable measures to maintain equal opportunities in the company and continuously expands them with new ideas. Employees are always the focus of attention and treat each other with great respect.

Since the company was founded, Projektron has placed great value on a balanced gender ratio in all areas and a high level of employee satisfaction through a good work-life balance. Therefore, the values "fair, responsible, innovative, excellent" are anchored in the personnel strategy and are actively lived.

The jury of the TOTAL E-QUALITY Germany association describes Projektron as a small company with a variety of measures and above-average results in the application. 44% of employees are women, as are around half of the department heads. Part-time leadership is not an obstacle.

This year, 33 organizations from science and 27 organizations from business/administration will receive the TOTAL E-QUALITY award. The award ceremony will take place digitally on October 26.
