Since 2025, all Projektron employees have had the opportunity to dedicate one working day to social engagement. The first assignments have shown that the social day makes a real impact: it creates encounters, enables active participation and supports initiatives that strengthen our society.

Mud, sweat and outstanding teamwork: On May 31, 2026, five Projektron employees took on the XLETIX Challenge Berlin. Covering a demanding 12-kilometre course with 25 obstacles, they demonstrated endurance, determination and, above all, team spirit.

On May 16, 2026, the well-known Vitamin Well Women’s Run took place—the largest charity run to raise awareness about breast cancer.

At this year's Projektron spring meeting, numerous employees gathered to discuss current developments, gain new insights, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon together.

Projektron’s Social Day gives our employees the opportunity to actively engage with socially relevant issues. In addition to social, educational, or charitable projects, this also includes supporting democratic processes. Two recent examples illustrate just how diverse this commitment can be: serving as election workers during international elections in Berlin.

Despite rain and cool temperatures, an employee of Projektron GmbH took on the challenge of S25 Berlin 2026. He completed the 10 km course through the city center and finished at the Olympiastadion Berlin—a strong demonstration of endurance and determination.

Once again this year, everything at Projektron GmbH revolved around sustainable mobility and employee safety: during the traditional spring bicycle check on 15 April, our employees’ bicycles were made roadworthy for the new season.
