In 2015, the ic-solution GmbH team was on the hunt for the much-vaunted "eierlegende Wollmilchsau" - a software solution that would be able to map all company-relevant processes. Pure project management functions were not enough; the entire sales process, from quotation to invoicing, also had to be mapped. In addition, expense and time recording were to be enabled and internal and external processes automated. The solution was found in BCS.

Founded in 2009 as a startup and the founding company of the one:ic Group, ic-solution GmbH is now a leading specialized systems integrator in German-speaking markets for multi-channel input management and business process management using artificial intelligence (AI). To meet the rapidly growing demand for software as a service (SaaS), its sister company ics cloud services GmbH was established in 2023. It provides online services for optimizing business processes in the cloud. ics cloud services is ISO 27001 certified.

Since 2024, we have used the one:ic Group branding for all companies in our group to present a consistent identity in the market.

Our team of around 30 employees develops and markets customized software solutions for digitalizing all business processes. Our products include multi-channel input management solutions that use OCR and AI to integrate input channels such as scanning, fax, email, and social media. Incoming transactions are converted into information that can be processed by our customers’ business processes, ERP systems, or ECM solutions.

We use BCS in an all-encompassing way. Without these all-encompassing possibilities, we would not be where we are now. The strength of BCS lies in the combination of its many modules.
