On March 19, 2026, Projektron participated in one of the digital industry’s key events: BITKOM Transform 2026 in Berlin. The conference brings together leading figures from business, politics, and technology each year to discuss key developments in digital transformation.

A major success for Projektron GmbH: The research and consulting institute Great Place To Work® Germany has recognized our company in four different competition categories for 2026. In the industry-specific competition “Best Employers in ICT 2026,” we took first place for the first time. In the regional competition “Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2026,” we were awarded second place. In the “Best Employers for Women 2026” competition, Projektron was among the winners right from the start, taking 5th place. We also made a strong impression at the national level: In the “Germany’s Best Employers 2026” competition, Projektron took 2nd place in the category for companies with 101 to 250 employees, making it one of Germany’s best employers.

How can you make a compelling impression at a trade show booth? At the trade show training session held on March 18, 2026, at Projektron, junior consultants in particular had the opportunity to practice exactly that in a practical setting. The focus was on key skills such as initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, and projecting confidence. An experienced actor helped participants develop these skills through realistic training scenarios.
