Projektron once again recognized as an “Unternehmen mit Zukunft”
Projektron is once again among the companies recognized by stern as an “Unternehmen mit Zukunft” (Company with a Future) in 2026. In the latest study, Projektron received an overall rating of four stars. The company performed particularly well in Structural Organization and Digitalization & Innovation, achieving the top score of five points in both categories.
The study examines how companies are creating future-ready workplaces in response to digitalization, the shortage of skilled workers, and changing economic conditions. Together with experts from the employer branding agency Embrace, stern surveyed 100 employers from different industries and company sizes about working conditions, leadership structures, and digitalization.

The study
The study was developed by the stern editorial team in cooperation with an advisory board and specialists from the employer branding agency Embrace. The project was advised by Professor Dr. Jutta Rump, Janina Kugel, and Professor Dr. Bettina Kohlrausch. The focus was on the companies themselves and how they are shaping their working environments for the future.
A total of 100 companies answered around 90 questions online. The evaluation incorporated both factual information and self-assessments submitted by the participating organizations.
The assessment
The study evaluates five areas: Mobile Work, Working Time Arrangements, Structural Organization, Empowerment, and Digitalization & Innovation. All five areas are weighted equally. Each category is scored on a scale from one to five points, with the average determining the overall star rating.
