This year, Projektron once again celebrated the festive season in a creative and colorful way: three Christmas craft activities brought colleagues and their families together to paint ceramics, make chocolate, and bind Advent wreaths. Here is a look back at some special moments full of inspiration, community, and pre-Christmas spirit.

For five years, Projektron GmbH has been keeping its own bee colonies on the roof terraces in Berlin. In 2025, the two colonies once again produced over 80 kilograms of high-quality honey – our terrace gold is now ready to enjoy.

Starting this year, all Projektron employees have the opportunity to use one workday for social engagement. Initial experiences show that the social day is effective—it creates encounters, enables participation, and supports initiatives that strengthen our society.

BCS.start is now called BCS.light. Nothing will change for existing customers. The edition is simply being given a new name and clearer positioning. BCS.light is now also available to larger teams looking for a lean and efficient project management solution.

In times of increasing cyber threats, growing legal requirements, and rising awareness of data protection, IT security is becoming a decisive factor in the selection of software solutions. Projektron GmbH meets this requirement with a comprehensive information security management system (ISMS) that was recertified by TÜV Rheinland in 2025 in accordance with the current ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

The Climate Mobility Challenge 2024 once again presented forward-looking mobility concepts that promote change towards more sustainability in everyday business life through innovative ideas and clear implementation strategies. At the bahn.business 360° Summit, Projektron received an award in the “Medium-sized Companies” category for its integrated mobility strategy, in recognition of its successful combination of climate protection and employee mobility.

Projektron was recognized in the Handelsblatt study “Best Employers 2024” and took second place in the category of companies with 100 to 500 employees. Particularly noteworthy are our outstanding achievements in the areas of family friendliness, remote work and fair career advancement. For us, this award is not only an affirmation of success, but also a strong commitment to a diverse and equal opportunity corporate culture.
