We can do a lot, but we don't claim to be able to do everything. Nevertheless, we fulfill almost every wish of our customers. To do this, we need our network, consisting of partners with whom we have been working together for many years. With Projektron BCS, we are able to create an intensive and extensive cooperation with our multi-layered customers.


cionix GmbH stands for constancy in uncertain times. Thus, in over 20 years as an owner-managed company, we have developed mature solutions, which are reflected in our extensive service portfolio.

As an internet service provider we offer independent hosting, which is characterized by its personal contact person. A holistic information security and quality management plays a decisive role for our customers, which is why we have been certified according to ISO 27001:2013 since 2020.

The focus of our work is a trusting and long-term cooperation with our customers. For this purpose, we rely on Projektron BCS, which enables us to meet the requirements of the constantly growing number of customers. The proper process flow of calculation and billing with our customers could be brought to a new level of professionalism with Projektron BCS.

Our other business areas are system design and implementation, network planning and management, security and data protection, administration and maintenance. Our customers include the Union for Education and Science, Zetcom AG, the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund from Havelland and B.I.G. Holding SE.

We have the claim to offer competent service from one source and to be present for our customers in case of any problems.

All working time is documented

For our internal and external billing, we want to be able to track exactly how many hours our employees have spent on which project and what assistance they have provided to our customers. The issue of time recording is therefore of particular importance to us.

At first, our employees were not enthusiastic about the increased booking effort, but they quickly realized that the process has advantages for everyone. And even greater than we would have thought: it quickly became apparent that we had previously not accounted for a lot of working time - thanks to the software, we were now able to document expenses precisely and there are no problems with the new accounting system. 

A task has been created for each customer, and the hours worked are booked against it. Since this is uncomplicated with Projektron BCS, it is part of our daily work process: All of an employee's working time is recorded in this way and we do not lose any work values.

In addition to time recording, we use the ticket system from Projektron BCS to organize support for large customers. The software also ensures that we can access data such as addresses from locations outside the company - all we need is an Internet connection because the software is web-based.

In addition, with the reporting function that Projektron BCS provides, we can see who our really valuable customers are and which ones are less worth the effort.

To ensure a smooth internal process, we use vacation management for our employees. Tasks and projects are displayed via Projektron BCS teamwork, which helps us to track and coordinate with each other.

Close cooperation

We work closely with Projektron GmbH and are in a constant exchange about new suggestions and adjustments in order to be able to map process flows even better.
