In this one-day training course, you will learn how to use Projektron BCS for personnel administration, personnel development, personnel controlling and for your applicant management.

Target group

Personnel administrators and heads of personnel departments. The focus of the online training is on personnel administration, personnel development, personnel controlling and applicant management.


The training is offered in German as standard.

Previous knowledge

1 month of experience as a Projektron BCS user is required.

The training on Human Resources Management with BCS is currently only offered in German as an open training. However, we would be happy to organize Human Resources Management training courses for you as individual training courses. Just send us a request for an individual course and we will adapt the content to your needs.
