How does the BCS.light consultation hour work?
In a 30-minute online session, we address your individual questions, show you practical solutions in our software and advise you personally on your main areas of focus. The BCS.light consultation hour takes place every first Wednesday of the month between 10:00 and 15:00. The session is conducted via Microsoft Teams.
This Projektron service is free of charge for you if you are a BCS.light customer. Please note that the BCS.light consultation hour is available to you up to four times a year. We will be happy to answer user questions that exceed the 30-minute limit as part of your support and consulting budget.
