With a tradition of more than 160 years, the Klinikum Mutterhaus is today a maximum care hospital at two locations in the city of Trier. It treats 41,500 inpatients and about 86,500 outpatients annually. The hospital is an academic teaching hospital of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
