TOTAL E-QUALITY: Projektron again receives additional award
For the third time in a row, Projektron has been awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY rating with the addition of Diversity. The rating is the result of an extensive application process and is valid for three years. It must be proven that the path to equal opportunities is sustainable and that further progress has been made. Projektron has succeeded in this.
Projektron remains committed to supporting employees at all levels and ensuring a work-life balance. At Projektron, gender equality is firmly anchored in the corporate values "fair, responsible, innovative, excellent".
Managing Director Maik Dorl, who has been committed to equal opportunities since the company was founded, is pleased with the renewed award: "The satisfaction of our employees is close to our hearts, and we see the basis for this in a balanced gender ratio - also in management positions and equal opportunities for all. We are committed to this every day."
Since 1996, the TOTAL E-QUALITY Germany association has been pursuing the goal of anchoring equal opportunities more firmly in companies. In practice, this means gender-oriented personnel and corporate policies that are adapted to life circumstances.
The TOTAL E-QUALITY jury, describes Projektron as "a very exemplary company in this size category!" 43 of the total 91 employees in the organization are women. This also extends through the management level; around half of the department heads are women. Leading part-time is not a problem here.
This year, 23 organizations from science and 27 organizations from business/administration will receive the TOTAL E-QUALITY award. The award ceremony will take place on October 31 at Bosch in Stuttgart-Feuerbach.
