Projektron is one of the best employers in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region

With second place, Projektron GmbH is once again one of the winners of the Great Place to Work competition "Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg" in its size category of 50 - 250 employees. From the region, 55 companies of all sizes and industries took part in this year's competition and faced the scrutiny of the independent Great Place to Work Institute.

"The award stands for credible management that works fairly and respectfully with employees, for a high level of employee identification and for a strong team spirit," said Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at Great Place to Work Germany, at the award ceremony.

The state competition "Best Employer in Berlin-Brandenburg" has been held annually by Great Place to Work since 2012. The evaluation in the competition is based on an anonymous employee survey on topics such as trust in managers, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance. The quality of the personnel and management measures in the company was also evaluated.

Projektron GmbH regularly receives awards for its personnel work and is considered best practice in terms of employee orientation. In addition to the title of Great Place to Work, the software company received the BestPersAward, the TOTAL E-QUALITY rating for equal opportunities and the additional rating for diversity, and was recognized as a family-friendly company in the "Unternehmen für Familie - Berlin 2016" competition.
