Projektron is one of the best employers for women 2019

The software manufacturer Projektron is one of the 120 best employers for women in Germany.

This was determined as part of a comprehensive employer study focusing on the advancement of women by BRIGITTE magazine in cooperation with the TERRITORY Embrace agency on the following six criteria:

• Compatibility of career and family
• Flexibility of work
• Help with career entry
• Career in top management
• Importance of the advancement of women in the company
• Transparency

The aim of the study is to honor companies with outstanding promotion of women. With four out of five possible stars, Projektron is among the 120 best.

Patricia Rezić, Head of Finance and authorized signatory at Projektron: "We are delighted about the award. Our proportion of women, which has been consistently high for years at 40 to 45 percent, leads to other requirements on the part of employees, such as the desire for part-time and flexible working hours. However, this in turn benefits the entire workforce: for example, 43% of our employees currently have part-time jobs - 37% of whom are men. As a positive side effect, shared responsibility promotes teamwork as well as the exchange of information among employees. This also supports fail-safety and generally more relaxed cooperation."

Projektron GmbH has regularly received awards for good human resources work for over ten years, including in the Great Place to Work employer competition, in which Projektron was honored for the sixth time in 2019.
