Projektron again receives the "Best Employer in Berlin-Brandenburg 2018" award

For the fifth time, Projektron GmbH was recognized as one of the best employers in the "Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2018" competition by Great Place to Work. In the size category of companies with 50 - 250 employees, the software manufacturer achieved 2nd place.

Patricia Rezić, Head of Finance and authorized signatory at Projektron: "Without our employees, Projektron would not be what it is today. That is why we are particularly pleased to receive confirmation of our employees' motivation and satisfaction as part of the competition. The award shows that corporate values don't just exist on paper, but are actively lived."

"The award stands for a workplace culture that is characterized by values such as trust, pride and team spirit," says Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at the German Great Place to Work Institute. "Attractive working conditions and a supportive culture of cooperation are a central key to economic success and mastering important tasks for the future."

The assessment basis in the Great Place to Work Institute's competition is an anonymous employee survey on key workplace topics such as trust in managers, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance. The survey also assessed the quality of HR and leadership measures at the company. 53 companies of all sizes and industries took part in the surveys on the quality and attractiveness of the workplace culture and submitted themselves to the Great Place to Work audit.

Projektron GmbH has already received several awards for good personnel work. In addition to the Great Place to Work title, the software company received the BestPersAward, the TOTAL E-QUALITY rating for equal opportunities and the additional rating for diversity, and was named a family-friendly company in the "Unternehmen für Familie - Berlin 2016" competition.
