Projektron again best practice in the "Digital Compatibility" guide of the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs

In September 2017, the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth published the guide "Digital Compatibility - Home Office and Mobile Working", which highlights the opportunities offered by mobile forms of work for balancing family and career.

The "Digital Compatibility" guide is aimed at companies, HR managers and executives who want to support the compatibility of work and family with flexible HR management. Projektron presented its own measures and approaches, some of which were included in the guide.

At Projektron, the compatibility offers are aimed at mothers, fathers, caregivers and all those who need appropriate support in their current phase of life. Components of this strategy are individual working time models or home office. This is supported by the company's own project management software Projektron BCS. Human Resources Manager Sandra Gerhardt: "Our software helps us to work so flexibly. We have clear structures and work in a process-oriented way. Since everyone documents their work, a substitute can take over when needed without much introduction."

Since its founding, Projektron GmbH has been able to enjoy various awards - both for its software and for its HR work. Among other things, the software manufacturer was honored by Great Place to Work for the fifth time in 2018. In 2015, Projektron received the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for equal opportunities and the additional award for diversity, which was awarded for the first time.

In 2016, Projektron was named the most family-friendly company in the state-wide competition "Unternehmen für Familie - Berlin 2016" (Companies for the Family - Berlin 2016) and received the BestPers certificate for professional and sustainable HR work for the third time in a row.
