Outstanding attractiveness as an employer: Projektron receives top rating in stern list of "Germany's companies with a future

In the midst of the ongoing challenges of the shortage of skilled workers and increasing digitalization, Projektron is once again proving its exceptional strength as an employer. The company was honored by the personnel marketing agency Territory Embrace and an expert advisory board in the current issue of stern as one of the pioneering companies in the study "Germany's Companies with a Future". This award not only confirms Projektron's attractiveness as an employer, but also underscores the high value the company places on its employees and the future of work.

The aim of the study was to assess companies in terms of their future viability as employers, irrespective of their products and services. The focus of the study was on the design of work and the way in which companies are coping with the changing economy, digitalization and the shortage of skilled workers.

The design of the study was shaped by Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump, head of the Institute for Employment and Employability IBE at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with an expert advisory board. Additional input was provided by Michael Trautmann, an entrepreneur and host of the podcast "On the Way to New Work."

The study is divided into five key areas: "Mobile Working," "Design of Working Hours," "Structural Organization," "Empowerment," and "Digitalization & Innovation.

Projektron was convincing in all areas. The highest rating of five stars achieved underscores the fact that the transformation of work in an innovative environment is proactively shaped here for and with the employees.
