The company-wide functions for work organization, time recording and customer management (CRM) are also available.

If necessary, switching to the on-premises version is easy. Existing data can be migrated with minimal effort and the professional help of our support team.
Data protection and data security: Securely manage BCS project data in the cloud
Our certified information security management system (ISMS) ensures that your data is protected at all times. Projektron is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by TÜV Rheinland. This certification covers, among other things, the operation of our IT services, support and IT administration. Regular reviews and adjustments guarantee compliance with current security standards.
Our cloud hosting is done exclusively in German data centers that meet high security standards, namely in the Berlin 1 Datacenter, the third-largest location of NTT Global Data Centers (formerly e-shelter). Here, too, experts ensure compliance with current security standards. Access to Projektron BCS in the cloud is via encrypted connections to protect your sensitive data. We also offer regular backups and comprehensive access controls to ensure maximum availability and data security.
