Spring Meeting 2026: Networking, Knowledge Sharing, and Building Community

Regular employee meetings are an important part of our corporate culture. They provide an opportunity for sharing information, exchanging ideas, and fostering personal connections across teams and departments.

The spring meeting on May 19, 2026, focused on exciting insights into various topics from everyday company life. The presentations offered a wide range of perspectives—from customer projects and product development to training and continuing education, as well as current topics related to collaboration and employer culture. It became clear how important the continuous exchange of knowledge and experience is for our shared success.

In addition to professional content, the meeting also provided an opportunity to recognize special achievements and long-term service, as well as to welcome new colleagues. Such moments strengthen the sense of community and highlight what distinguishes a company beyond its products and services: the people behind them.

At least as valuable as the official program were the conversations during the breaks and at the subsequent meal together. In a relaxed atmosphere, new connections were made, existing networks were nurtured, and ideas were further developed.
