Projektron receives the "Germany's Best Employer 2019" award

Projektron GmbH is one of the winners of this year's Great Place to Work® competition. "Germany's Best Employers". Projektron participated for the sixth time and achieved 19th place in its size category of 50 to 100 employees. A total of around 700 companies of all sizes and industries took part in the Germany-wide competition.

The award stands for special commitment to shaping a trusting and supportive culture of cooperation within the company. The competition is based on an anonymous employee survey on topics such as trust in managers, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, career development opportunities, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the independent Great Place to Work® Institute surveys the company's management on measures.

Sophia Haitsch, HR Management: "We develop our HR measures in close exchange with our employees. Our participation in the competition is a good opportunity to talk to other companies. It's also where we get exciting new ideas for our HR management."

This is the second Great Place to Work award for Projektron this year: In the category "Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2019", the software manufacturer is also once again ahead of the field, taking 2nd place in its size category.
