Projektron receives Berlin Brandenburg Quality Award 2023

Grundlage der Auszeichnung: Reifegradmatrix nach ISO 9001 und EFQM-Modell

The award is based on a maturity matrix whose criteria correspond to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 and the EFQM model.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It defines the requirements for such systems and places particular emphasis on process optimization and continuous improvement.

The EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management) is a comprehensive quality management system of Total Quality Management (TQM). It offers a holistic approach to evaluating and improving business processes and aims to support organizations on their way to business excellence.

Projektron: Over 20 years of innovation and quality

Since its founding in 2001, Projektron GmbH has developed and sold the web-based project management software Projektron BCS. From the very beginning, the Berlin-based company has received numerous awards for outstanding performance – for the product and its documentation as well as for exemplary human resources work.

Projektron BCS was launched in 2001 and has been continuously developed ever since. The software offers extensive functions for project management, resource planning, controlling and much more.

A particular milestone was the award in 2022 as an ERP system for service providers, which underscores the software's performance and flexibility. Projektron BCS is available in ten languages and is used by SMEs and internationally active companies with 3 to over 3000 users. More than 850 customer companies from various industries rely on the software.

The company, which has over 100 employees, continuously analyzes its internal processes, identifies best practices, and consistently improves its quality standards. This commitment to excellence has been recognized by external experts.

Certified quality and information security
 

Projektron has had an ISO 9001-based quality management system since 2008 and strives to be an excellent company in terms of the EFQM model. This means that quality assurance and continuous improvement are an integral part of our corporate culture.

Further proof of the high security and quality standards is the certification according to ISO 27001. Since January 2018, Projektron has held the TÜV SÜD certificate for the areas of development, support and IT administration. This certification confirms compliance with the requirements for the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of a documented information security management system (ISMS).
