Process analysis and requirements analysis
In this workshop, we specify your requirements to Projektron BCS in a process-oriented way.
Target group
Management, representatives of the specialist departments as well as project managers and line managers, for example project leaders or program managers, team leaders, department heads, controllers and sales employees.

Integration workshop
Projektron BCS for your system environment
In this workshop, we examine and specify the interfaces with systems from which you adopt data on a one-off basis or which you would like to permanently connect to Projektron BCS, for example the ERP system SAP or Microsoft Outlook.

During the workshop, we work with you to specify the necessary interfaces with regards to the following issues of data migration:
- Which exchange formats can be used?
- Which transmission protocols can be used?
- Which direction and frequency of data transmission is needed?
- If necessary: Which adjustments to Projektron BCS or the system environment in general have to be implemented for the connection ?

You have already specified your requirements regarding Projektron BCS, for example in the requirements workshop.
Installation workshop
Projektron BCS on your server
In this workshop, we will install Projektron BCS on a server provided by you. Depending on the requirements, we will come to your company or perform the work via remote maintenance (remote session).

We will install Projektron BCS on your server in the functional standard version and if necessary carry out basic system configurations.
The basic system configurations include for example:
- Installation of the Projektron BCS administrator access
- Installation of document management
- Connection of the mail server
- Activation of cronjobs
- Installation of the LDAP interface
- Installation of the calendar interface
Prerequisites
- You have a server available.
- Your server already has a basic configuration.
Configuration workshop
Configure Projektron BCS individually
In this workshop, we will implement your configurable requirements on Projektron BCS.
Target group
Process managers and system administrators
Our services
Depending on the requirements, we will perform basic system configurations and/or implement company-specific configurations (customizing) together with you.
The basic system configurations for example include:
- Installation of the Projektron BCS administrator access
- Installation of document management
- Connection of the mail server
- Activation of cronjobs
- Installation of the LDAP interface

The company-specific configurations (customizing) include for example:
- Setting rights
- Defining and allocating new roles

Report configuration workshop
Report configuration
In this workshop we implement your configurable requirements for reports in the BIRT report designer.
Target group
System administrators and process managers.
Our services
We discussed the following key issues together with you:
- How does the requirements recording of complex reports work?
- How can standard reports be customized to individual customer requirements?
- What tips and tricks are there for report generation?
- In case of special requirements, we will discuss possible solutions with you and also help you perform the Designer installation on a customer's PC and resolve any occurring connection problems.

- Projektron BCS is already installed.
- The BIRT Report Designer is already connected.
Support portal workshop
External support portal
An external support portal will be developed in this workshop as a joint project.
Target group
System administrators.
Our services
You would like to provide your customers with a ticket system, but for security reasons, you cannot grant them access to your own Projektron BCS system.
During the course of the workshop, the following issues are resolved together with you:
- How do we enable customers' access to the external support portal?
- How is the data from the two Projektron BCS systems synchronized?
- How are the externally created tickets processed?

- The required web service license has been installed manually.
Introduction workshop
Your company presented in Projektron BCS
In this workshop, we support you in presenting the processes and structures of your company in Projektron BCS.
Target group
Management, representatives of the specialist departments as well as project managers and line managers, for example project leaders or program managers, team leaders, department heads, controllers and sales employees.
Our services
We support you in the integration of Projektron BCS into the ongoing operation. We will create data in Projektron BCS in a target-oriented way together with you, for example:
- Organizational structure of your company
- Framework data of your employees for utilization in project work and time registration
- License allocations and rights allocations for different user groups
- Project structures and templates for your projects.
- Default views and default settings for different user groups
- Text blocks and templates, for example for offers and invoices

- Projektron BCS is already installed.
- If possible, Projektron BCS is already configured.

The very constructive workshop once again confirmed us on our path, but also pointed out alternatives and "blind spots". Together with the extremely intuitive structure for the development of employee roles (required licences, roles, assignments and responsibilities) and our elaborations, we were able to arrive at a comprehensible role and rights model that met the requirements in a very short time. In particular, we found the direct exchange during the on-site workshop to be very goal-oriented and helpful. We can now carry out the remaining work and adjustments independently, not least because of the good results of the workshop.
