How does the BCS consultation hour work?
Do you have any user questions you would like to clarify? Are you interested in functionalities that you have not yet used?
In a 60-minute online session, we will address your individual topics, show you practical solutions in our software, advise you personally on your key areas of interest, and discuss your current level of satisfaction.
The BCS consultation hour takes place every Tuesday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The session is conducted via Microsoft Teams.
This Projektron service is available to you free of charge as a special service. Please note that the BCS consultation hour is available to you up to twice a year, regardless of the edition you use (BCS or BCS.light).
We are happy to answer user questions that go beyond the scope of the consultation hour as part of your support and consulting budget.
