KGAL GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Hamburg in 1968 by Hamburger Sparkasse and entrepreneur Karl Kreusel under the name Kommanditgesellschaft Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co. It is an independent German investment and asset management company based in Grünwald near Munich. The company manages an investment volume of over 15 billion euros and has 382 employees.
KGAL invests in the asset classes of real estate, sustainable infrastructure – in particular renewable energies – and aircraft. It offers investment solutions to institutional and private investors and takes on asset and portfolio management.
