Various project and billing types—such as time-and-materials projects, fixed-price projects, change requests, support, maintenance, subscriptions, and internal development and organizational projects—are managed in a structured manner on a shared database. As a result, sales, project management, and billing teams work with the same master data, projects, orders, and entries. Data silos are reduced, and business processes are managed with greater transparency.
