Projektron honored for equal opportunities and diversity

On October 31, Projektron was awarded the TOTAL E-QUALITY distinction for equal opportunities at a ceremony in Stuttgart-Feuerbach and received the special diversity award.

Projektron has received the TOTAL E-QUALITY award, which is the result of an extensive application process, for the third time. The jury's statement on Projektron reads: "Compatibility of career and family as well as the lively implementation of equal opportunities are essential corporate goals on which the personnel strategy is built.

At 47%, the proportion of women at Projektron is above average for an IT company. At the management level, six out of eleven positions are held by women. Flexible working hours, part-time models, home office and well-organized opportunities to return to work after parental leave are central aspects of the family-friendly corporate culture.

A total of 50 organizations from business, science, administration and associations received awards for their forward-looking, successful and sustainable HR policies. 29 of the award-winning organizations also received the Special Diversity Award. The award is valid for three years.

"The leaders of our award winners have recognized that equal opportunities and diversity that are lived and firmly anchored in the organization lead to greater success. They present themselves as forward-looking role models in our society," said Eva Maria Roer, Chairwoman of TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V. at the award ceremony for Projektron GmbH.

Projektron GmbH has already received several awards for good personnel work. Among other things, the software manufacturer has received awards in the top positions five times in the Great Place to Work competitions "Best Employer in Berlin-Brandenburg", "Best Employer in ICT" and "Germany's Best Employer".
