Projektron honored as "WORLD'S BEST EMPLOYER 2024"
Having already been named "World's Best Employer Germany" in 2023, we are all the more delighted that our ongoing efforts to provide excellent working conditions and employee satisfaction have once again been recognized. This prestigious award, presented as part of the "WORLD'S BEST EMPLOYERS 2024" study, underlines our commitment to our employees.
The study, which is conducted once a year worldwide, aims to identify the top employers in various countries.
Of the more than 100,000 employers examined as part of this extensive study, the best were awarded the "World's Best Employer" seal. Projektron GmbH interprets the award as recognition of its efforts to achieve an outstanding work culture and employee satisfaction.
The basis for this award lies in the strict source and methodology evaluation that was carried out as part of the study. The "WORLD'S BEST EMPLOYERS" study uses a comprehensive meta-study based on scientific findings and artificial intelligence to identify the best employers. More than 55 different sources are taken into account, including rating portals, employer awards, company development and press coverage.
