"Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2017": First place for Projektron for the fourth time

Projektron GmbH once again achieved 1st place in the "Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2017" competition of the Great Place to Work Institute in the size category of 50 to 250 employees.

A total of 46 companies from all sectors and of all sizes took part in the current competition and submitted themselves to the independent examination by Great Place to Work and the verdict of the employees on the quality and attractiveness of the workplace culture.

Dotchka Pentcheva, head of quality management and authorized signatory at Projektron: "We work hard every day to ensure the satisfaction of our employees. We also get impulses for the further development of measures in personnel management from the evaluation of the employee survey. We see the very high participation of 83% and the determined Trust Index of above-average 90% as strong signals for the credibility of our commitment."

Projektron has already received several awards for good personnel work. Last year, the software company was honored in the "Unternehmen für Familie - Berlin 2016" (Companies for the Family - Berlin 2016) competition for its work-life balance and with the BestPersAward for exemplary HR work.
