INFORM software contributes to the success of a company in all relevant areas: Personnel deployment is continuously improved, logistics costs are significantly reduced and warehouse and transport space capacities are sustainably optimised.

Dipl.-Ing. Carsten Söhrens
Deputy Head of Workforce Management

With the introduction of BCS, we have laid a crucial foundation for efficiently managing a large number of parallel projects of very different sizes and complexities. BCS allows us to map and, above all, integrate various business processes in one platform. Despite the fact that we are still in the early stages of utilisation, we are already reaping the benefits of direct implementation in one software. By replacing manual interfaces or non-integrated stand-alone solutions with BCS functionality, we save internal transaction costs. We are also achieving some drastic improvements in response time behaviour in the event of deviations from plan and in the area of transparency within our organisation. I personally firmly believe that BCS is one of the most important innovations in our company in recent years. Nevertheless, we still have a lot to do to expand its use and realise further potential.
