The two-day training provides a comprehensive introduction to project management with Projektron BCS as well as a plenty of time for questions and exercises.

Project supervisors or project managers, program managers as well as department heads who plan, process and assess projects.

Vorkenntnisse:

Knowledge in project management is an advantage since the training does not include a general introduction to project management methods.
